Nobody's coming to approve your idea
People assume that real businesses get built by other people with more resources. It's how great ideas get stuck in notes apps and conversations.
But you don't need six months and a developer's salary to validate your concept. You just need a weekend. Describe what you want to exist and Lovable builds it: a real site, a real product, ready to accept real payments from real customers. Not a mockup to show people. An actual thing they can use.
You don't need anyone's sign-off to get started. Take $5 off your first month.
Discount of $5 applies to first month of any paid plan. You need to sign up via this webpage in order to claim the discount. The discount applies to new and returning users without an active paid plan. Terms apply.
YOUR DAILY PROMPT

Early in my time at a community bank, I had a conversation with a marketing team member who had read through a stack of customer survey comments that had been sitting in a folder for months. She mentioned how our brochures talked about competitive rates and a full line of products, but that she was also seeing that the customers wrote about something else when they provided feedback.
What she saw was that over and over, people wrote some version of "They know my name" or "When I call, a real person answers." A few mentioned a specific teller or loan officer who had helped them through a hard season. Almost nobody mentioned rates. Our best customers had already told us why they stayed, and we were advertising something they rarely brought up.
I saw the same thing later in recruiting. The reasons our longest-tenured employees gave for staying rarely matched the bullet points in our job ads.
Most organizations have this kind of language scattered across reviews, testimonials, renewal conversations, referral emails, and thank-you notes. Each comment feels like a nice moment, so it gets read once and filed. Taken together, those comments often explain your value more clearly than anything your team has written.
AI can help you hear it. Give it a collection of comments from your best customers with names removed, and it can find the phrases and ideas that repeat, group them into a few core messages, and compare them with how you currently describe yourself. It can show you where your message and your customers' words line up and where they drift apart.
What you say publicly is still your call. A phrase customers love might promise something you cannot deliver to everyone, and some comments are too personal to quote without permission. Use the findings to shape your message, and ask before you put anyone's words in an ad.
Today's brief finds the message your best customers keep repeating back to you. Use it to have better conversations with them.

HOW TO USE THIS BRIEF
🧭 Reading an AIQ Brief
Every Master Prompt in AIQ with Paul is written as an AIQ Brief. Each section answers a question AI needs answered before it can do good work for you.

Context tells AI what the situation is and who the work is for. Intent says what the result must accomplish, and Constraints list what cannot change or is off limits. Output describes what good looks like, and Check names what AI should show you and what you will verify before you use the result.
Fill in the brackets, run the brief, and treat the Check section as your to-do list once AI responds.
Take your skills beyond the brief. In my AIQ Advantage™ program, I teach working professionals how to build briefs into reusable workflows, check AI output before it goes out under their name, and decide where AI fits in their work. Learn more at AIQAdvantage.com
