THE DAILY AI INTELLIGENCE BRIEFING
Briefing ID: 26-105
Status: Confidential
Hello, Fellow Human. Time to upgrade.
I once watched two capable managers spend twenty minutes debating ownership of a problem neither one actually wanted.
One insisted, “That falls under my team” while the other responded, “Not anymore.”
Then came the debate about who had historically owned it, who had been copied on which email, and what someone remembered a former VP saying three reorganizations ago.
In the meantime, nobody was solving the customer’s problem. Instead, they were defending borders. And at some point, they hear both sides, decide who owns what, announce the answer, and move on.
Except the conflict often doesn’t move on. Because the executive resolved the disputed task without resolving the operating rules that created the dispute.
AI can help here, but not by deciding who wins. Use it as a conversation architect.
Give it the responsibilities, overlapping areas, business impact, and each manager’s stated position. Then have it create a neutral mediation sequence that separates facts from assumptions, positions from interests, and ownership from decision rights.
You still provide the judgment while AI provides the structure.
That’s what I call the Intelligence Multiplier at work where you let AI do the 90% of organizing, sequencing, anticipating objections, and drafting language. You handle the critical 10% of relationships, context, fairness, judgment, and the final decision.
The goal isn’t to make everyone happy. It’s to leave the room with everyone knowing who owns what, who decides what, when collaboration is required, and what happens when the line gets blurry again.
And of course, aligned with the business and customer goals, not some historical way of doing things or who has the loudest voice.
Give today’s prompt a try and see how it can help you resolve conflicts.
Let's go raise your AIQ.

Talk to your AI tools the way you'd talk to a colleague.
You don't send a colleague a three-word brief. You explain the context, the constraints, what you've already tried. But typing all that into ChatGPT takes forever — so you don't.
Wispr Flow lets you speak your prompts instead. Talk through your thinking naturally and get clean, paste-ready text. No filler words. No cleanup. Just detailed prompts that actually get you useful answers on the first try.
