YOUR DAILY PROMPT

Briefing ID: 26-158

Status: Confidential

I keep a running list of every request clients and readers send me, and it has grown much longer than I expected. Could I make a version just for finance teams? A Spanish edition? A certificate for managers? A shorter course for executives who only have an hour? Every request makes sense on its own, and the list now holds more ideas than I could build in several years.

For a while I prioritized the way many small businesses do by focusing on whoever asked most recently, or most persuasively, and then move them to the top. That works until you realize you have spent a month building something only one client wanted.

Larger organizations face the same problem at a bigger scale. Requests arrive through sales, support tickets, account reviews, surveys, and hallway conversations with executives. Some come from your largest customers, some from people who are about to leave, and a few from people who would never pay for what they are asking for. Without a way to see them side by side, the loudest voice usually wins.

AI can turn that scattered list into a priority map. Give it the requests along with what you know about who asked, such as customer size or segment, and your rough sense of the effort each idea would take. It can group duplicate requests that use different words, count how many customers want each one, and place them on a simple grid of customer value and effort so the trade-offs are easier to discuss.

What gets built next is still a leadership call. Some requests do not fit your strategy no matter how popular they are, and a single request from the right customer can matter more than ten from the wrong ones. Use the map to start the conversation, and be ready to explain to customers why some ideas will wait.

Try today's brief and turn your customer requests into a one-page priority map.

HOW TO USE THIS BRIEF
🧭 Reading an AIQ Brief

Every Master Prompt in AIQ with Paul is written as an AIQ Brief. Each section answers a question AI needs answered before it can do good work for you.

Context tells AI what the situation is and who the work is for. Intent says what the result must accomplish, and Constraints list what cannot change or is off limits. Output describes what good looks like, and Check names what AI should show you and what you will verify before you use the result.

Fill in the brackets, run the brief, and treat the Check section as your to-do list once AI responds.

Take your skills beyond the brief. In my AIQ Advantage™ program, I teach working professionals how to build briefs into reusable workflows, check AI output before it goes out under their name, and decide where AI fits in their work. Learn more at AIQAdvantage.com
