A Single Typo Shouldn’t Cost You a Sale

A shopper types “running shos” and gets nothing back. Another types “red waterprof trail runners under $150” and hits the same wall. Both knew what they wanted.
Traditional site search relies on exact keyword matching, leaving shoppers stranded at “0 results found” screens.
Gladly understands what shoppers mean, typos and all. Instead of a dead end, they get products that fit what they asked for and a conversation that keeps them shopping.
YOUR DAILY PROMPT

The first time I helped roll out a major benefits change, I thought we were ready. We had a polished presentation, a detailed FAQ, and a schedule of employee meetings. Ten minutes into the first meeting, someone asked a question none of us had considered, about how the change affected employees who were changing plan levels. By the end of the week, we had heard it in every meeting.
None of the objections we heard that week were unreasonable. Most were predictable if we had spent an hour thinking from the employees' side of the table instead of ours. A couple of them pointed to a real gap in the plan, which we fixed, but only after the rollout had already caused a lot of worry.
Product launches work the same way. Customers, sales reps, partners, and your own leadership will each push back for different reasons, and the questions you did not prepare for tend to show up in the very first conversation.
AI can help you sit on the other side of the table before launch day. Describe what you are launching, who will hear about it, and what is changing for each group, and it can list the objections each audience is likely to raise, sort them by likelihood and impact, and draft plain answers. It can also flag objections that no talking point will fix because they point to a real weakness in the offer.
The map is only as good as your knowledge of the people involved. AI is working from your description, so test the top objections with a few real customers or employees before launch, and be honest with yourself when the right response is to change the plan instead of the message.
Today's brief builds an objection map that you can review before your next launch.
Let's go raise your AIQ.

HOW TO USE THIS BRIEF
🧭 Reading an AIQ Brief
Every Master Prompt in AIQ with Paul is written as an AIQ Brief. Each section answers a question AI needs answered before it can do good work for you.

Context tells AI what the situation is and who the work is for. Intent says what the result must accomplish, and Constraints list what cannot change or is off limits. Output describes what good looks like, and Check names what AI should show you and what you will verify before you use the result.
Fill in the brackets, run the brief, and treat the Check section as your to-do list once AI responds.
Take your skills beyond the brief. In my AIQ Advantage™ program, I teach working professionals how to build briefs into reusable workflows, check AI output before it goes out under their name, and decide where AI fits in their work. Learn more at AIQAdvantage.com
