YOUR DAILY PROMPT
Briefing ID: 26-143
Status: Confidential
When I first started teaching applied AI, I built one program and offered it to everyone. The content was solid and the feedback was good, but the questions people asked afterward told me something the evaluations did not.
HR professionals wanted to know how to use AI for job descriptions, policy updates, and difficult employee conversations without creating risk. Bankers and credit union leaders asked about compliance, member communication, and what an examiner might think. Both groups sat through the same program and did the same exercises, and both were quietly translating everything back into their own world.
That is a big part of why I eventually built the HR AI Accelerator and the Banking AI Accelerator. The core skills stayed the same, while the examples, the risks, and the language changed to fit each audience.
Most businesses have a version of this hiding in their customer list. A group of customers buys your standard offer, but they use it differently, ask different questions, or need a different kind of support. Because they still end up buying your product or service, the mismatch stays invisible until a competitor builds something just for them.
Good news for you now that AI can help you discover those groups. Give it anonymized customer information such as industry, size, purchase history, support requests, and feedback, and it can look for clusters that behave differently from the rest. It can also show what each group seems to need and where your current offer fits poorly.
Whether a segment deserves its own offer is your call. Some groups are too small, some would cost too much to serve differently, and some need only a different message instead of a different product. AI can surface the pattern, and you bring the economics and the strategy.
Today’s brief helps you find the customers who might be better served by something you design with them in mind.
Let's go raise your AIQ.

A NOTE ON TODAY'S PROMPT
📋 Meet the AIQ Brief
If you have been reading AIQ with Paul for a while, today's Master Prompt will look a little different. Starting this week, every prompt is written as an AIQ Brief, the same format I now teach in the AIQ Advantage™ program.
The older prompts opened by giving AI a role and then spelled out every step. Today's AI tools plan their own steps well, so the most useful thing you can give them is what only you know, such as your situation, your standards, and the facts that cannot change. A brief covers what any capable new partner would need to know before starting the work.

Context describes the situation and who the work is for.
Intent says what the result must accomplish.
Constraints list the facts, limits, and boundaries that cannot change.
Output describes what good looks like, including its Voice, Tone, and Style.
Check names what AI should show you and what you will verify yourself.
You will also notice the prompts are shorter. Much of the old length went into telling AI how to work, and the brief spends those words on your situation instead.
Fill in the brackets the same way you always have, and give the Check section extra attention, since it tells you what to confirm before you use the result.
