YOUR DAILY PROMPT
Briefing ID: 26-146
Status: Confidential
When I stepped into a new HR leadership role, one of the first things I did was print out every recurring meeting, report, and deadline my team owned in a typical month. It fit on one page, though only barely, and it told me more about how the department worked than the org chart did.
There was a weekly staff meeting, a separate weekly huddle that covered most of the same ground, a monthly metrics report that went to people who rarely opened it, and a quarterly planning session that kept getting pushed back because the calendar was already full. None of it had been designed intentionally. In addition, I found that each piece had been added for a good reason at some point, and nothing had ever been taken away.
That page is what I mean by an operating rhythm, the regular pattern of meetings, updates, reviews, and decisions that keeps a team moving. Every team has one, and the real question is whether anyone specifically chose it.
A good rhythm answers a few simple questions:
When do we plan
When do we check progress
When do we make decisions
How does information reach the people who need it
When those answers are clear, fewer things fall through the cracks and fewer meetings are needed to catch them.
AI is a practical partner for this kind of cleanup. Give it a list of your recurring meetings, reports, and deadlines, and it can group them by purpose, point out overlaps and gaps, and draft a one-page rhythm that covers the same needs with less friction. It can also suggest which updates could move to a written format so people can read them on their own time.
The tradeoffs remain yours to make. Some meetings matter for reasons that will never show up on an agenda, such as building trust or keeping a stretched team connected, and you are the one who knows which ones those are.
Today's brief helps you see the rhythm your team is actually running and design the one you want.

HOW TO USE THIS BRIEF
🧭 Reading an AIQ Brief
Every Master Prompt in AIQ with Paul is written as an AIQ Brief. Each section answers a question AI needs answered before it can do good work for you.

Context tells AI what the situation is and who the work is for. Intent says what the result must accomplish, and Constraints list what cannot change or is off limits. Output describes what good looks like, and Check names what AI should show you and what you will verify before you use the result.
Fill in the brackets, run the brief, and treat the Check section as your to-do list once AI responds.
Take your skills beyond the brief. In my AIQ Advantage™ program, I teach working professionals how to build briefs into reusable workflows, check AI output before it goes out under their name, and decide where AI fits in their work. Learn more at AIQAdvantage.com
